I recently had the pleasure of participating in a panel discussion on AI and Ethics, organised by APS Bank as part of their Friday for Innovation series.
It was a fantastic discussion! I touched on how ethics should be treated as a kind of risk-mitigation beyond what is legally required, on the need for having the “right” human in the loop, as well as subsidiarity as a useful principle in the current political and economic climate.
